Financial Strategy — Money, Banking & Land Protection
How the money flows between Australia and the Philippines, why we keep bulk savings in AUD, how each department's budget is tracked, and — very important — the land protection strategy. The land stays in your name only. Aidan has a usufruct. Your daughter is the compulsory heir.

Insurance Research — Protecting What We Build
Everything about PCIC (government subsidised crop and livestock insurance) and commercial insurance for the buildings and equipment. Most of the farm insurance is FREE if we register with the Municipal Agriculture Office.

Things Only Aileen Can Do
These action items need you specifically — they came out of the financial strategy and insurance research.
- Register with RSBSA at the Municipal Agriculture Office in Ragay — unlocks free government crop and livestock insurance
- Hire a Philippine lawyer (family law + estate planning) — wills, usufruct agreement, BMBE registration, land protection
- Hire a Philippine accountant — BIR registration, bookkeeping, tax filing, tax concession advice
- Keep the land title in your name only — do not add Aidan's name, do not put it in a trust, do not transfer to any entity
- Life insurance on both of you — daughter as sole beneficiary
- Sign up for your Netlify account — you already have admin access to the ops area
Remember: You don't need to understand every technical detail. You need to understand the structure, know where to find things, and make the decisions that only you can make as the legal owner. Aidan builds it. You protect it.
