Qashier POS — Signup Steps

  1. Go to qashier.com → click “Get Started” or “Free Trial”.
  2. Select Philippines as country. Choose “Food & Beverage” or “Retail” category.
  3. Register with Aileen’s email + phone. Business name: “Nana Bambi’s”.
  4. Set up Hub as master outlet. Add satellite outlets: Sipocot, Daet, Tagkawayan.
  5. Enable GCash payment integration (Settings → Payments → GCash).
  6. Add staff logins: one per satellite + one per truck driver (limited permissions).
  7. Import item list from POS items-data.js (or add top sellers manually first).
  8. Download Qashier mobile app on driver phones — test scan/sale/credit from truck.
  9. Run test transaction: hub sale → check it appears in satellite dashboard live.
