What you will find
Fresh fruit and vegetables from the farm and from local growers. Eggs from our layers. Dairy from our own herd — fresh pasteurised baka milk from our Holstein-Sahiwal dairy baka, kesong puti, yogurt, kambing milk, kambing chevre. All produced on-farm, cold chain from milking parlour to Merkado counter. Honey, vinegar, coconut oil, dried goods, fermented products. Rice. The staples and the extras, all in one place.
Local vendors, local products
Not everything comes from the farm. Some of it comes from neighbours — small producers, home-based makers, local growers who need a shopfront. The market gives them one. If the product is honest and the work is clean, there is a place for it here.

We are a local market first. Everything we can source from Bicol, we do. But we are not pretending the world does not exist. Some things cannot be grown here. Some ingredients do not have a local equivalent. Some customers need products from home.
That is what the Food of the World section is for — a dedicated area in the market for quality imported goods. Pasta, olive oil, cheese, spices, sauces, canned goods, and specialty ingredients from around the world. Clearly separated, clearly labelled, honestly priced.
Local first. Always. But when you need something from further away, we have it covered.
