The former “Local Accountant (Grace)” role has been retired. The structure changed:

• Grace is the micro-finance & dispatch partner at the Agrupacion node — she runs her own anchored micro-finance book and watches production costs. She is not the bookkeeper.

• Formal accounting (books, BIR filing, tax) is kept by a CPA engaged through Anj's firm, fed by the monthly accounts handoff.
