About the Role

You are the first smiling face guests see when they come up to the café.

Greet people, seat them, make them feel special, keep the flow smooth.

Simple, friendly, no computer/English — just be warm and helpful.

Your two young children can come to the hub daily (safe play area with Brighde).

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests at the top of the stairs or café entrance: big smile, “Mabuhay po! Kamusta?”
  • Seat people at tables (inside open-plan or balcony) — know which tables are free
  • Hand out simple menus (or call server over)
  • Help with small things: pour water, bring extra napkins, show where the restroom is
  • Keep an eye on flow: tell server when tables ready, help clear if busy
  • Make families/elders feel extra welcome (high chair for kids, quiet table for lolo/lola)
  • During events/classes: help seat guests for lunch feasts or demos

Training Path

Essential

  • Very pretty, big smile, friendly energy — people like you instantly
  • Hardworking, reliable, shows up every day
  • Speaks Bicolano fluently (Tagalog ok, no English required)
  • Comfortable with people (greet, chat simple)
  • Good with young children (your two + café kids)
  • Local to Ragay / nearby

What We Offer

  • Salary: ₱20,000–28,000/month (start low, rise with training)
  • Daily meals/produce from hub for you + family
  • Your children can come daily (play safe with Brighde)
  • Accommodation on-site if needed (private room)
