Nana Bambi's Uniform System — Core Set & Spoke Variations

Uniform Philosophy

Local, almost native professional. Useful, comfortable, hard-wearing. Nothing gimmicky or cheap. No cartoon animals, no bright logos, no fake “Filipino” prints. Quiet, elegant, proud Bicol native — staff look like they belong in the hub and the community.

“Real, useful, pretty without trying too hard.”

Core Uniform Base (Same for All Spokes)

PieceDescriptionWhy
Top Lightweight barong-style blouse (short or 3/4 sleeve) in soft piña or abaca blend fabric. Natural off-white or light cream. Subtle hand-embroidered Bicol pili leaf or small deer motif on left chest (not flashy, just elegant). Looks professional/native, breathes in heat, easy wash, no iron needed.
Bottom Knee-length A-line skirt or tailored culottes in dark brown or deep green (earth tones from taro/forest). Cotton-linen mix for durability and airflow. Side pockets for small notepad/pen. Comfortable for moving/seating guests, modest, hard-wearing, local feel.
Apron Half-apron (waist-tie) in natural canvas or abaca, with deep pockets. Simple embroidered “Nana Bambi's” small. Protects bottom, useful for napkin/pen, still pretty.
Footwear Closed-toe leather or canvas espadrille flats or low wedge sandals in natural tan/brown. No heels (safety/comfort on stairs/balcony). All-day wear, grip on wood/concrete, local Bicol style.
Hair Simple woven pandan or abaca hair tie/clip (Bicol native touch). Neat, native, functional.
Accessories Small silver or shell earrings/necklace (not flashy). Subtle elegance.
Name Tag Wooden or woven tag with name + spoke role (e.g., “Hostess – Café”, “Assistant – Dirty Kitchen”). Hand-carved feel, Bicol script style. Personal, native, brand-consistent.
Fabric & Durability: All natural fibers (abaca, piña, cotton-linen) — no polyester cheap shine. Double-stitched seams, reinforced pockets. Machine wash cold, air dry, no iron.
