All staff are paid. No free labour. Family-first, but everyone earns.

Casual Staff

Casual — Half Day	₱300 – ₱450	4 hours
Casual — Full Day	₱600 – ₱900	8 hours

Casuals: No login required. The hub office enters your hours into Payroll manually. Make sure you check in with the office at start and end of your shift.

How You Get Paid

Pay Cycle	15th and 30th of each month (bi-monthly)
Method	GCash or bank transfer — no cash payroll
Overtime	Approved by Head of Department only
13th Month	Required by PH law — December
SSS / PhilHealth / Pag-IBIG	Deducted as required by law
