GRADE 1 — Top End

Best quality product. Premium price. First pick, best presentation, highest margin. This is the default sell price at POS.

GRADE 2 — Bottom End

Still good product, just not the pick. Smaller, cosmetically imperfect, or closer to use-by. Lower price, still profitable. Selected at POS when grading the item.

BULK — Manager Discretion

Not a fixed price. Not public. Applied at POS by manager PIN override only. Reasons: loyalty, lease land arrangements, volume purchase, commercial accounts, special agreements. Each override logged with reason.
